Stick Built commonly refers to houses completely built on site.  Stick built homes offer more flexibility in the products used as well as room size and roof spans.  Stick built is essentially the traditional way of building.  In stick built construction, structural and cosmetic changes are more easily accomplished.  Pictured below are our most recently constructed stick built homes.
